We have the best CNC Lathes, CNC Turning Machines, CNC Milling Machines, CNC Laser Machines, CNC Plus Cutting Machines, Grinding Machines, CNC Hobbing Machine, Material Hardning machine as well as we use C.N.C. polishing machines and V.M.C machines for manufacture high quality cotton ginning machine spare parts. so that every part of the bottom rolers can be made of high quality.

CNC TURNING & LATHE MACHINE: Operated with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) systems and provided with precise design instructions, CNC Lathes are machine tools where the material or part is clamped and rotated by the main spindle, while the cutting tool that work on the material, is mounted and moved in various axis.

We installed new technology leaser machine, the laser machine with different cutting technology like water jet cutting machine and co2 cutting machine. This machine is Computer numerically controlled (CNC) laser cutting is a sheet metal manufacturing process carried out by CNC laser cutters. The primary form of laser cutting for sheet metal is 'vaporisation cutting', in which the laser beam melts the material and a high pressure gas removes the molten material. A CNC water jet is an industrial tool that uses a high-pressure water jet to cut various materials. It can use water alone to cut soft materials like wood and rubber, or the water can be mixed with an abrasive substance (like garnet or aluminium oxide) to cut harder materials.

CNC milling machines are engineered to mass-produce many components from various materials and plastics. The core function of a milling machine involves mechanically cutting away at a workpiece into a desired shape. We also installed 7 axis big machine. 7 axis machining is a complete setup on its own and can manufacture complex parts without having to transfer them to another machine. When the part drops off, it is most often complete. The 7-axis include: X-axis (vertical rotation)

In our inhouse facility we use an automatic drill machine to drill the heavy body of the ginning machine. We have machines that can make holes from 5mm to 150mm.
