ADVANCED AUTOMATIC DRILLING & BORING MACHINES: Within our state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing facility, CNIP utilizes heavy-duty, fully automatic drilling machines to engineer the robust chassis and heavy framework of our premium textile machinery. Equipped with high-torque capabilities and automated precision feeds, our advanced drilling setups can flawlessly machine perfectly aligned holes ranging from a precise 5mm up to a massive 150mm in diameter. This exacting boring capability is also essential for machining the complex internal geometries and secure connecting joints of our textile bottom rollers, fluted rollers, and knurled rollers, guaranteeing seamless assembly and long-term operational stability on the factory floor.
